Welcome to my blog! This is a place where I can share my learning. My blog is a collection of questions, ideas, learning in progress and finished work. This year our school focus is "In Our Backyard". Please make comments so I can deepen my understanding, learn about new ideas and improve my work. Thank you for taking the time to support my learning journey!
Malo e lelei Richie Well done on your slides about volcanoes and your work on nouns, verbs, adverbs and adjectives. Where would words like basalt, magma and scoria fit in your table?
Mālō e lelei Richie, Your slides are 'erupting' with amazing learning. You have done a great job researching the definitions. You have also thought of some great nouns, adjectives, verbs and adverbs to describe the different kinds of eruptions. I especially like "sparkling lava", it puts a great picture in my mind. I also think your description "Calmly the smoke comes out of the volcano tells the reader that this kind of eruption isn't explosive. Can you answer this week's question - "Do all volcanic eruptions look and act the same?" Blog you later Megan : )
